(Walfas) Better Flandre's Wings + Wriggle's Cape

I've whipped up some more accurate versions of Flandre's wings and Wriggle's cape. I might make better parts for more characters if I come across anything that make me think "Wow, that is NOT accurate at all".

Each accessory comes in 4 different sizes - 600X, 300X, 100X, and 50X. Additionally, Flandre's wings come together and separated.
